Our quality managment is certified HACCP (Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points = analysis of critical control points. Special checks ensure that failures are avoided). This quality approval is required for all manufacturers by law. Conditorei Coppenrath & Wiese was one of the first producers that has embraced this certification.

This self-checking system has been developed by NASA to guarantee their astronauts 100 percent safety on the spacecrafts. Translating this system to the Conditorei Coppenrath & Wiese means 100 percent food safety.

For our trade abroad we work according to the BRC (British Retail Standard: e.g. products must not be imported to England without this standard).
