Fresh from the confectioner to your table!
Immediately after baking and decorating both the tortes and the oven warm cakes and bread rolls are frozen in temperatures up to minus 44°C. The outer layer of the frozen food is sealed within seconds and the humidity and aroma are preserved. Flavour, freshness, vitamins and mineral nutrients are thereby kept at their optimum. Baking as well as flavour and aroma additives are not needed! Thus you can enjoy our fine bakery products fresh from the confectioner to your table.
Real greatness appears in flavour!
Our basic principle applies for all our fruit: The size is not critical! We only achieve best quality with small but perfectly formed fruit. We only obtain our fruit from climatically suitable countries to ensure a juicy aroma and sweet flavour. Distance is no barrier to acquiring the finest quality products. For example, our raspberries are exclusively sourced from Chile where the best aromatic fruit can only be obtained.
Why our Baguettes really taste French-like?
Because we bake according to French recipes using original Baguette flour. Finely ground wheat which grows on chalk earth to the north of Paris – only this special flour guarantees the unique flavour of „Unsere Goldstücke“ Baguettes.
The guarantee for all „Unsere Goldstücke“ is they are ready baked according to the very traditional method of baking bread rolls. Firstly sponge is mixed and has time to ferment round-the-clock. This sponge is then given to the final dough production. The bread rolls are formed, rest and ferment for another nine hours. Then they are baked. At home you can then enjoy the Goldstücke after warming up for just ten minutes!
