Our Sweet Dreams are ideal. These unusual dome-shaped tortes are made with top-quality ingredients, finest cream and a decorative fruit or chocolate glaze. Raspberry Mascarpone is just one of the choices available.
To ensure that our Sweet Dreams retain their unique shape, we pack them with special protective lids. These should be left in place until the product has defrosted completely, as they help it keep its shine.

The best thing to do is to cut it into portions to suit your needs. To do this, defrost the cake at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes. Then cut it with a large knife (preferably a cheese knife) that has been dipped in hot water. Remove as much as you would like to eat and put the rest back into your deep-freeze or icebox ready to enjoy at a later date. To help your portion defrost faster you may like to slice into smaller parts. All of our cream and bakery products can easily be eaten as a small dessert, between meals or as a treat to share with family and friends.
Unfortunately, for reasons of food hygiene and quality assurance, we are unable to offer public tours of our bakery. Strict EU food legislation prevents us from showing visitors around.
Freshly baked and decorated, our products are immediately sent into a natural, deep-frozen sleep. State-of-the-art spiral freezers chill them down to arctic temperatures in a matter of minutes. The benefit of this “shock freezing” process is that the flavours, vitamins and minerals are retained. That’s what gives our Cream Desserts, Cakes and Tarts, National Specialities, Pastry Desserts and Baileys® Desserts their freshly baked taste – and all without added preservatives. Nowhere in our range will you find artificial colours, flavourings or hydrogenated fats.
